The beds were really comfortable. It is also in a perfect location: close to everything, in a nice street, and Dublin really is a city where you can walk anywhere. The staff was nice and solved all of our questions. In addition, the fact that they stored our luggage even after checkout saved us a lot of trouble on our last day.

Cassidys Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Dublin, especially if you're on a business trip or just want to be near the city's main attractions. The location is unbeatable – it's just a short walk to Trinity College, which made getting to meetings and exploring the historic campus incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. One of the highlights of the hotel is the view from the rooms facing the park. Waking up to such a serene and picturesque scene was a delight and provided a nice contrast to the city's hustle and bustle. Overall, Cassidys Hotel offers a perfect combination of location, excellent service, and charming views. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Cassidy’s hotel is very central just a short ten minute walk to the river and center of town, it felt safe walking to/ from the hotel. We had a shared room and it was spacious enough, I loved the cosy atmosphere and it’s excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and kept an eye on things around the hotel through video monitors (I felt safe). Property provided tea and coffee and bottled water. Overall a cosy, clean and reasonably priced accommodation. Will be back!

It has a very good location as it is 12 minutes from the Airport Shuttle (Dublin Express). Restaurants, supermarkets or shopa are really close to the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop and few steps away a tram stop, so if you want to travel with a public transport, it is really easy. The room was very big and nice. There is a coffee machine in the room and you can make also a tea. We had 2 bottles of water in the room, and every day they gave us another. The staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was perfectly good, the food was beautiful, we had several meals there, lunch and dinner, all really good.

Spacious and clean. There’s a restaurant bar inside the hotel which is nice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and there was a hotel bar that served food till ten p.m. for those late night returns. Staff was very nice and helpful. The food was always great. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved the location just two blocks to the hop on hop offers and all the bus tours. Highly recommend this hotel.
